Breakfast juice to prevent the flu


Make Your Own Almond Milk

You need:

1 parts Almonds
4 parts Water
Natural Honey

Put almonds with the dark brown skin in water for 24 hours (loses easier this way). Then peel the almonds and leave in water for couple of hours, e.g. 12 hours
Put in juicer or blender
Sweeten with natural honey

You can leave the milk with no honey added, and when consuming  sweeten the milk with honey as the taste may differ.

With Parts we mean to divide chosen amount. E.g. if you have one cup of almonds, use four equal sized cups for water.
